The year was 2002 and I was grosslyrnoverweight. I was not feeling good about myself. I pushed myself to a mix ofrnexercise and healthy eating and soon it developed into a habit. I lost 16 kgs,rngained confidence and I found my life ambition. I wanted to help other peoplernwith the same condition.

rnSoon after, I went to Florida and studied 'Food Sciences and Human Nutrition'.rnI gained extensive clinical experience by working in the dietetics departmentrnof a leading hospital in Chicago. I traversed the Cardiac Wards, the Criticalrnand Surgical Care units and worked extensively on medical teams that guided andrnmonitored the progress of patients on Nutritional support.

rnI returned to my hometown Ahmedabad and startedrnpracticing in 2010. Since then, I have been counseling individuals for WeightrnManagement, Diabetes Management, Hypertension, Sports Nutrition, PaediatricrnNutrition and much more. It has been quite a rewarding and fulfilling journeyrnso far.
