At Prime Care Associates, we take great pride in our team of caregivers and the level of care that we provide to our clients. To ensure that our clients receive the highest quality of care, our senior care in Watertown requires all of our caregivers to meet strict requirements prior to being hired. First, we conduct state and federal background checks to ensure that our caregivers have no criminal history or other issues that could compromise the safety and well-being of our clients. We take these background checks very seriously and only hire caregivers who have a clean record. In addition, we require all of our caregivers to complete a 2-step tuberculosis test that shows there is no active tuberculosis present. This is an important requirement to ensure that our caregivers do not pose a risk to our client's health. We also require all of our caregivers to undergo a physical examination that shows they are free of communicable diseases and are able to provide care for our clients. This ensures that our clients are not exposed to any illnesses or diseases that could compromise their health.
