Palatine Technology Group was founded in 1998. The firstrnElectronic Warrant System in the United States was created in March 1998 onrnPalatine’s  EWI (Electronic Warrant Interchange), the original version ofrnthe anywhereWARRANT application in Gwinnett County, Georgia. Since then, EWIrnand anywhereWARRANT have generated over two million Arrest and search warrantsrnthroughout the country.

The warrant can be issued remotely and conveniently via anrnencrypted secured link over the Internet. The optional First Arraignment andrnAppearance module (CDCS) will provide judges the necessary tools to performrnday-to-day tasks such as First hearing/Arraignment and Bond Hearing remotelyrnand via video conferencing and electronic signature.
