Our services encompass XRF testing, lead dust wipe testing, paint chip sampling, violation compliance support for the Department of Health (DOH) and Housing Preservation and Development (HPD), HPD dismissal requests, defect letters, and lead abatement coordination with third-party vendors.

2. Residential Oil Tank Compliance: We specialize in ensuring your compliance with regulations governing petroleum bulk storage (PBS) in New York City, including all five boroughs: Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, The Bronx, and Staten Island. Our services encompass conducting evaluations, executing remediation projects, and carrying out ongoing inspections. We are experts in meeting the PBS requirements from the New York State DEC, FDNY, and NYC DOB, including doing comprehensive onsite evaluations and mandated monthly inspections and updating DEC filings on behalf of our clients. We also perform many projects with our experts for Above Ground and Underground Tanks and encasing rooms to meet the detailed regulatory requirements.

Mold Inspection Services: NAJO Consulting is a licensed Mold Assessor by the State of New York, providing comprehensive mold assessments in New York City, including all five boroughs: Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, The Bronx, and Staten Island, to meet compliance with Local Law 55 regulations.
