HWY-LAW Paralegal Services Professional Corporation is a paralegal firm specializing in the defence of driving offences in the province of Ontario.

Established in 1998, HWY-LAW has defended thousands of motorists.

Our scope of practice focuses on representation for all offences contrary to the Highway Traffic Act of Ontario and other Acts that are related to driving. Offences such as speeding, careless driving, disobeying a red light or stop sign, driving while under suspension and stunt driving are some examples of offences found in the Highway Traffic Act.
