If you answer “YES” to any of these\r\nquestions, then you require shredded paper for packing your products. Cardboard\r\nboxes are most likely to require box filler because they have the most space. This\r\nextra space causes bumping and clashing which is not good for your amazing\r\nproducts.

How to efficiently use shredded paper for\r\npacking your boxes?

\r\n\r\n

1)     \r\nFor light items such as\r\ncorporate gifts, cosmetics, candles and so on – Take a bunch of shredded paper\r\nfiller (also available i

\r\n\r\n

2)     \r\nn crinkle cut) in your hand\r\nloosen it a little by stretching it. Place it on the box or bag surface. Then\r\nplace your item on it and push it lightly to settle it in the shredded paper.

\r\n\r\n

3)     \r\nFor expensive and fragile items\r\nlike glass objects – Take a lot of shredded paper and pack the box up to 3/4th\r\nof its height. Then tightly stuff the items in it and then cover it some more\r\nshredded paper, packing it securely. Make sure that your gift/product is snugly\r\nplaced and does not move around inside the box when shaken.

4)     \r\nFor heavy items like books or\r\nmechanical components – Regular shredded paper for packing it won’t be enough.\r\nYou’ll need something stiffer to wrap it up tightly. We recommend our shredded\r\ncardboard mats which will add a tough protective layer for the articles along\r\nwith the shredded paper to keep your products safe and sound in transit. It is\r\nsafer for the environment than bubble wrap, and you can reuse it as well.
