Resetting of the Sbcglobal email password

If you are unable to login and can’t reset your password then follow these steps:

·        Forgot global account password: if you can’t recall the password to sign in or can’t change your AT&T account by a new password then follow on:

Ø Go to the AT&T login webpage

Ø Choose either user id or password from the Sign In button

Ø Get redirected to the next window

Ø Here either choose a User ID, Password or User ID and Password based on what all you can remember

Ø Now for User ID, Password or User ID and Password option enter your recovery email address and type the captcha that will be provided

Ø Click to Continue button and select the password  reset method

Ø If you choose the password option then you will have to provide a User ID and the last name of AT&T password reset for verification purposes.

Ø This UserID that you will have to provide can be the wireless number, or your sbcglobal email, or AT&T access Id or the sbcglobal member ID, or your 10 digits prepaid wireless number.

Ø Next from the drop-down menu choose from the two options of temporary password or answering the security questions.

Ø If you go for the security questions option then answer the question prompted on the screen.

Ø Click to continue

Ø If your current answer matches with the one you entered while signing up you will be directed to the password reset page

Ø If opted for the temporary password option then you will have to choose either phone number or recovery mail option to where your recovery password would be sent

Ø After receiving the password type it on the screen

Ø You will be redirected to the password reset webpage.

Ø Reset your password and access back to your account

·        Know the AT&T account password and yet cannot change it: For such problems read on the steps:

            Ø Open the sbcglobal webpage by logging in the credentials

Ø Click on your first name after login

Ø You will find a dropdown list

Ø Choose manage password option from account security option

Ø You will be redirected to AT&T online management page.

Ø Enter the username and password on OLAM page

Ø If verified rightly you will be redirected to the Change Password page

Ø Now type your old password and then enter the new one you wish to save.

Ø Apply the changes

Ø To confirm the changes re-login to your sbcglobal account.
