INSURANCE AGENT RECRUITMENT

We are looking for Iife insurance professionals for LIC OF INDIA for our PAN INDIA operations. 

Preferred Skill sets:

1. Preferably should have experience for at least 1-20Years.

2. Networking Skills.

3. Building and maintaining customer relationships - For ongoing business & reference generation.

4. Should have knowledge of insurance products/ financial related products.

5. Should be aggressive and should possess high energy levels.

6. Problem Solving & Negotiation Skills.

7. Interpersonal Skills.

Job description:

1. Sell insurance products of Life Insurance Corporation of India directly

2. Customer Relationship Management

3. Generate leads and fix appointments

4. Explore the customer’s financial needs in life-related investment and insurance needs areas, select appropriate product to meet these needs from the company’s product range, gain customer agreement to purchase, accurately complete sales documentation

5. Build a good customer base in order to explore opportunities to cross-sell & up-sell

6. Obtain referral to further prospects where appropriate

7. Participate in relevant training arranged by the company, take initiative to keep abreast of developments in products & services, company policies, procedures, sales process & organization

8. Keep up to date with market developments by reading newspapers, journals & through personal contacts.

 

Commission is paid in two cycles fortnightly.  1st-15th and 16th -30th.

1. 5 passport size colour photographs.

2. Xth Certificate - Two Copies.

3. XIIth Certificate - Two Copies.

4. Pan Card - Two Copies.

5. Residence Proof - Two Copies.

6. Cancelled Cheque for NEFT of commission.

7. A fee of Rs. 875 (Cash/Cheque) for IRDA EXAM, Training and Study Material. 100% FEE refundable on activation with three policies after codification in first month.
