Method For Troubleshooting The POS Unexpected Errors:

1.     \r\nMake sure that the version of POS\r\nis updated.

·        \r\nOpen Windows Explorer\r\nand select all the files and click the Delete button.

·        \r\nNow re-launch the QBPOS and\r\nfinish registration and go to the product update window.

\r\n\r\n

·        \r\nNow select POS as products and\r\ninstall manually.

\r\n\r\n

2.     \r\nAdd New Windows Admin User.

\r\n\r\n

·        \r\nClick on the Windows\r\nstart tab Enter user accounts and choose Enter button.

\r\n\r\n

·        \r\nClick Manage User\r\nAccounts and hit manage other account and select Create a new account.

\r\n\r\n

·        \r\nIf the error still\r\ndoesn’t get resolved encounters then toggle settings named UAC.

\r\n\r\n

3.     \r\nRestart the QBPOS and\r\nfix compatibility.

\r\n\r\n

·        \r\nClose QBPOS and\r\nhit CTRL+ALT+DELETE

\r\n\r\n

·        \r\nNow choose the option Processes\r\nand go to the column title named Image Name to sort alphabetically.

\r\n\r\n

·        \r\nLocate QBPOS.exe\r\nand right click on it and click the End process button.

\r\n\r\n

·        \r\nNow close the Task\r\nManager and again POS. 

\r\n\r\n

4.     \r\nResolve QBPOS system\r\ncompatibility problem.

·        \r\nRight-click on the POS\r\nicon and select Troubleshoot Compatibility Button.

·        \r\nClick on Try\r\nRecommendation and follow the instructions.
