Free Yoga Club

Free Yoga Club began at the beginning of the Corona Virus in the US. We were forced to close our yoga studio and were looking for a way to stay connected to our yoga household of friends, trainees and teachers. We were also halfway through a 200 hour yoga teacher training. The individuals in the yoga teacher training needed to finish 50 yoga classes with the lead trainer, Janet Parks. So we produced a YouTube Channel where we could supply the needed classes. Change was not simple and this new way of offering yoga classes was uncomfortable at in the beginning. When you view the videos, which are mostly several series of yoga classes, you may see the evolution of the classes in addition to the enhancement of the quality of the videos gradually. What began as an obstacle, to do a 30 day yoga challenge and to develop video yoga classes, quickly ended up being a treasure.
