Wish Com Return Policy

Our goal is to make customers happy with the purchase. But things don't always go according to plan. If things do not go as planned, contact us and we will try to do good things for you.

Submit a return or refund request within 30 days of delivery. If no item arrives for any reason, submit your request for a refund within 30 days of the most recent delivery date. We are not obligated to consider applications submitted outside these deadlines.

I changed my mind: You can cancel an order within 8 hours after placing it (cancellation on the same day). Same-day cancellation can be added to Wish Cash.

This is not what you ordered: If you received a damaged item, not the size or color you requested or does not reasonably comply with the list of items, you are eligible for a refund. We may ask for some evidence of the problem, usually just one or two images, and you may need to return the item.

Never arrived: If you do not receive an item you ordered, you are eligible for a refund.

Refund and recovery requests must be submitted from the application: Locate the order in your order history and click Customer Service.

Same-day cancellations are eligible for Wish Cash. We may offer or grant Wish Cash in other circumstances (see our Wish Wish policy).

After the cancellation period has expired on the same day (8 hours of the request), Wish will not consider refund requests unless the last estimated arrival date has arrived or the item has arrived incorrectly or is damaged.

Money back: After Umniah hopes to cancel or return the money and confirm (in some cases) that the item will return, Umani will return the purchase amount or add to it the standard shipping rates. If you choose or have been awarded Wish Cash, the refund will not be issued to the original payment method. No special or expedited shipping fees will be refunded (as described above). In some cases, the customer will be responsible for the returned shipping charges.

Wish reserves the right to:

Decline any refund if you suspect bad faith that this policy has been misused or violations of the terms of use

Reducing customer support and compensation for misuse of these services or violations of the terms of use

Select a service purchase activity if you suspect good faith that this policy has been misused or that the terms of use have been violated.

This policy may be updated periodically.
