What is the Variation of Condition Allowed for Accredited Employer and Essential Skills Work Visas?

Immigration New Zealand has changed the work visa instructions to allow a variation of conditions effective from December 2022. A genuine holder of an accredited employer work visa can now change the visa conditions based on location, employer, occupation, and type of employment. 

The employer must remain accredited with a valid job check. The job check instructions have undergone slight changes. Employers must remain accredited and must be genuine holders of valid job checks.
