Accordingrnto some research and experience of mine, I can give you a brief definition ofrnweb development. Web development can be defined as the process of developingrnwebsites and WebPages which are hosted on the Internet. Actually, there arernseveral kinds of websites such are a blog, e-commerce, social network,rnstreaming service, online video, and many other genres of internetrnapplications. These are all built and created by web designer and webrndeveloper. Those websites are not enough just to be designed. They need to berndeveloped in order to be functioning well. A website will certainly remainrnmalfunction without an intervention and modification of a web developer.

                Asrnit is said in the first paragraph that web development is a process. Everythingrnwe do, it always has to do with the so-called process. Then, what are thernprocess of web development? The bellows are the three gradual processes of webrndevelopment according to the result of my researches. They are Client-SidernCoding, Server-Side Coding, Database Technology. These three elements are veryrnsignificant. All web developers must master these processes.

                Thernfirst process is what we name as Client-Side Coding. This process allows arnwebpage to have unique and alternating content depending on the input and otherrnvariables used by users and clients. Users or clients use various types ofrnscripting, languages, plugins, and libraries. Here are the examples Client-SidernScripting; Ajax, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, Microsoft Silverlight andrnetc. Why is this process essential? Those who use or view a website are calledrnclients and users. Client-Side Scripts are referring to the browsers that arernbeing used by clients. Viewing a website means a web application or computerrnprogram is executed by the client-side script. That means, the program asks anyrnfiles which are necessary for it to run from the web server, and then continuernto the range of the client's web browser.

                Thernsecond one is called as Server-Side Coding. Server-side scripts are actuallyrnexecuted on the web server whenever client ask for a document or service. Inrnresponse to the request of a user, the server then produces the document in thernform of HTML that is potentially responsive and well-functional to the client’srnbrowser. The documents which are sent to the browser may often containrnclient-side scripts. Here are the examples of languages that are usually usedrnfor server-side coding; ASP.NET, PHP, Java, ColdFusion, Perl, Python, and Ruby.rn

                Thernthird process is what we call database technology. A database is a kind of anrnorganized collection of data which is stored and accessed electronically on arnweb server. The main function of the database is to contain all the files whichrnare the main prerequisites for a website and its application to function well.
