Chef Alessio has been profiled by the food & beverage several times after entering the hospitality industry at 16. He worked under Chefs Andrea Burton and Alfio Ghezzi for a year before heading out to Japan. He has also had the pleasure of being on the team of five Micehlin-started restaurants in his illustrious career across Europe. He arrived in Da Nang in 2018 and enjoyed working with the Furama Resort team before becoming the chef-owner of El Peck Restaurant. In 2021, he opened 4C’s Restaurants, and Si Dining was opened in 2022.
