Common Law MArriage: What Exactly is it?

Sarah Wagner joined the law office of Looney & Conrad, P.C. in 2013 as an Intern and also worked at the Frank Evans Center for Conflict Resolution at the South Texas College of Law in Houston.rnrnShe graduated from South Texas College of Law in 2016 and passed the bar exam. Sarah was sworn in on November 4 by District Judge Albert McCaig of the Waller County 506th District Court in Hempstead.rnrnSarah received CALI awards on three different occasions while she was in law school and made the Dean's Honor List two semesters in a row. She also competed in national and international mediation tournaments where she represented the South Texas College of Law.rnrnSarah is a certified mediator and was the recipient of the Jim Alfini/Hans Lawton award for excellence in Alternate Dispute Resolution.
