99%, KS Lift Trucks first time fix rate for Hydraulic hoses

We are proud to announce that our maintenance team has reached the outstanding target of being able to fix 99% of hydraulic hose problems, replacements, or maintenance issues on the first customer site visit.

This is a truly remarkable success level when you consider the broad range of problems the team can encounter on site and the large number of lift truck models from many different manufacturers there are now present in the UK market. We stock hose & fittings for Doosan, Jungheinrich, Linde, CAT, Still, Nissan, Mitsubishi, Moffett, Terberg, Toyota, JCB Teletruks & many more brands of forklifts.

This success has been achieved in part due to the ongoing investment in our Hydraulic Hoses Division and our fully equipped mobile hydraulics van which has been specially kitted out to offer full onsite services to a wide range of hydraulic equipment. Our onsite support service was launched to significantly reduce downtime by offering our hydraulic services onsite reducing the need to book into our workshop.

We would also like to add that this success rate would not be achievable without our fantastic engineers who thrive in situations where complex problems need to be overcome quickly so our customers can get back to business. Our BFPA trained engineers are all highly motivated and extensively trained and can fabricate hoses to a trained standard whilst on site, reducing downtime and increasing productivity for both ourselves and our customers, helping us to keep our prices extremely competitive.
