Affordable Housing Accreditation Board was founded in 2013 with the aim of providing accreditation to housing organizations that meet industry-developed standards and guidelines. The company's main vision is to promote excellence in affordable housing operations, development and management to positively impact cities and communities large and small. 

With us, an organization can enroll and complete the application process of accreditation in a few steps. In this process, we evaluate the quality of an organization’sgovernance, operations, leadership activities, relationships with stakeholders, and residents, ultimately benefiting their communities and the public. 

Housing organizations committed to accreditation ensure the health and welfare of the population. We evaluate housing organizations on the basis of national standards developed by professional affordable housing peers.
